Default Ez-EFI or system of the same?

A search for these systems produced negative results. I have a 91' C1500, 350 sbc 010 block, vortec heads with matching cam and intake, edelbrooke 1405 carb. The truck was originally EFI but carb'd when I bought it. A monster stage 2 TH400 is pushing the truck around nicely. I'm averaging 15 mpg's if my right foot is light. But we all know that's not an easy task. I'm looking at 3 different systems that are the carb based learn as you drive style. 1 is the Fast-system Ez-EFI, 2 Powerjection III EFI system and 3 the FiTech system.

Anyone running one of these systems? If so what carb did you replace it with and was it a bolt and go system?

Also looking to either supercharge or turbo charge the motor in the future.

So I went with the FiTech system (Go Street EFI 400 HP | 30003). Bolted it on with new 1 3/4 stainless headers into a 2 1/2 Y pipe with 3" outlet into a 3" exhaust with a flowmaster 40. Also installed a new D.U.I. dizzy and wires. The truck runs and drives like a raped ape! For the price, ease of installation and grin every time I drive it was well worth the money spent. Total cost of EFI, exhaust, and ignition was right around $1600.

I've been debating one of these systems for a k1500 build. 5.7/NV3500 If not, I'll probably stick to TBI and run the Dynamic EFI EBL Flash.

I've been watching those FITech units. Everything I've seen has been really positive. They are even working well in blow through boosted applications. Now if they would just get there ignition controller to work with ls motors, that would be nice!
