Should be 58psi. Low flow is 43.5psi, but I changed mine to command 58psi at all times (that's the highest I can go anyway). So, the MSD BAP does not have trouble with the high current from the FPCM signal at low flow? Or did you bypass the FPCM completely? If so, did you disconnect it? My undestanding is that it will throw codes that can't be deleted.
Just for clarity's sake, did you tap into the large (red with white) wire coming from the back of the fuse box? If so, then you tapped into the wire going to the FPCM like most Kenne Bell BAP
Installs are done (with very limited success). I'm very glad it's working for you! Maybe the MSD box is a better way to go.

yes we tapped into the main power wire to the fpcm/pump feed power (red/white) under the fuse block it is wired the same way as the camaro's and is seems to be working fine he gained a solid 10psi fuel pressure, we programmed the msd to maintain 14v up to 95kpa then it ramps up to 17v by 150kpa.
wiring it this way will not set any dtc's because the voltage is raised to the fpcm circuit that feeds the pump, and as long as you keep the bap set to 17v max above that dtc's will set

the camaro and silverado wiring for the fpcm is basically the same, the modules are different because the truck fpcm is mounted outside the vehicle and the camaro one is mounted on the inside of the car,, and the connectors are different.
if this didnt work with the truck fpcm we were going to change the connector and use a camaro fpcm.

Great write up jay and bobber!
my stock 09 flex fuel 1500 has a cold start of ~58psi and idles/drives around at 43psi. When I go into boost the fuel press increases to around 58
Is this MSD BAP a better idea than the racetronix hot wire kit? Do they both give them same results.

Cant get a clear cut answer on the limits of a FF pump. It would be amazing if I can retune with 60lbers to reach my 500 wheel goal without swapping pumps or adding a BAP using 93 pump.
