Converting to return style with dual 255s?
#1
Hey guys, boost is in the plans for winter changes. My Truck is an 05 with the return less fuel system. I currently have a walbro 255 pump in the stock bucket. To meet my fuel needs, I plan to run dual 255s and convert to return style with a boost referenced fpr under the hood. I plan to use the stock feed as a return since it is already ran and slightly bigger than -6. Plus the fittings are available to easily adapt -6 off the regulator to the stock line. I want to run -8 feed. So my question is this, what's the easiest way to get dual 255s out of the stock fuel bucket/hat with a -8 an feed? Also, what do I need to do in terms of wiring? Dual 10ga feeds and grounds from relay triggered by the stock pump wiring?

I used a Y in the bucket and an npt to an bulkhead fitting in the top of the bucket for the feed. There are some pics in the stickied thread in this section. You have the right idea on the rest
