Default Converting to flex fuel

Maybe there is already a thread, if so I missed it. Just looking to start gathering info on what's needed on the tune /OS side to get a flex fuel sensor to work in my 04'

E85 is not that common around me but there is a station about 20m away so I want to be able to run a mix. Will most likely not be running any more then 50/50 mix but due to its availability and me letting the truck sit a lot I want to be able to switch back and forth without a big PITA.

Thoughts?
