Default 07 Tahoe Flex Fuel No FPCM Pump upgrade

My 07 Tahoe is a flex fuel and I am wanting to upgrade to a new pump. I am out of fuel at 10lbs with my LSA blower. My truck does not have a FPCM. Can I just swap out the pump for a walbro 450? The pics I have seen of the newer trucks have the FPCM with the venturi in the bucket. I assuming I am going to have a regulator of some sort in the bucket since my pump gets 12V all the time. Any help or suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance.

Has anyone messed with one of these? I have searched but only found the 06 and prior and all the newer 07+ trucks have the fpcm.

Me and my uncle are now in the SAME situation with 07 Escalades, NON FLEX FUEL though. We both bought the Edelbrock supplemental fuel system, then found out that they don't actually work on our vehicles. AWESOME.

That's unfortunate. I bought an AEM 340lph e85 pump and am going to try to install it this weekend if I get time.

I may just keep the flex fuel pump, then run a rising rate fuel pressure regulator since the FF pumps aren't regulated within the module. The shitty part is, I would need to modify the pump hat and run another damn line back to the tank. I don't know, that just seems like my best option at this point.

I cut up the stock bucket and put an AEM 320lph in and it seems to be working well.

A BAP is definitely easy to wire up. No need to touch the tank. Tap in to the fuse box and mount the BAP to the side of the fuse box.
