Yea it might be easier to mod, but i still believe the Titan VK-56 is far superior to the everyday normal 350cu in. chevy motor, with the same mods as the chevy guys have thier is absolutley no reason why the VK-56 shouldnt be able to get low 12's on just bolt-ons and cams/heads/tranny upgrades
Hell i'm hanging with the chevy guys with more mods than me just n/a

Yeah, I don't know how it compares to the Chevy guys at all. But I am planning (and most likely will) run a 13.5-13.6 with Headers, catback, intake, LSD, custom tune, TB, and DR's this Winter

Reread what i wrote i never said anything bout a lsx block, go re-read my thread, your getting just as bad as michael so quick to bash anything i write.
Here is a link to common sizes from GM motors and the LSX block don't come in nothing close to 346 cu in that is the ls1 motor which i know the titan motor can hang with, i've raced many camaros with this motor and it's similiar in power to the titan motor, Raced a few trucks with the bigger 6.0L LS2 motor as well and those are definatly making more power than us but the titan can still hang with one with minimal mods since our drivetrain loss is much lower than the GM crowds as well as better gearing ratios in the transmission.

Here's some info on the LSX motor:
LSX
At the 2006 SEMA show, GM Performance Parts introduced the LSX engine, an all-new cast-iron racing block based on the LS7 engine. It was designed with help from drag racing legend Warren Johnson. It offers displacements ranging from 364 cubic inches to 511 cubic inches (4.25" Bore x 4.5" Stroke) and is capable of withstanding 2,500 bhp (1,864 kW; 2,535 PS). This block incorporates two extra rows of head-bolt holes per bank for increased clamping capacity. The six bolt steel main caps are the same ones used on the LS7 engine. The engine debuted at the auto show in a customized 1969 Camaro owned by Reggie Jackson. The LSX will be available starting the second quarter of 2007, set to be available in authorized dealerships and retailers on March 31, 2007.[7]

next time you see my truck at HRP it'll be runnin low 12's and hopefully high 11's for the amount of money im spending on this turbo kit, it better knock more than a second off my N/A times, hehe probably will have the fabbing done by late august, and start racing in oct. after i get it dialed in good

Now, if you to need to look up wiki to make your point(btw, I wouldn't use wiki at any real paper at any real school). You just pointed out what I said above. I'll just pick up my gmhp mag, its a bit more accurate.
