Default Range Rover M6 Conversion

What would it take to swap a range rover from an auto to an M6.... probably a 2003...

It would be a lot easier to convert a 1994-2002 P38. This kind of thing has been done before and a lot of Discos and Rovers came with a 5 speed from the factory.
