Default CAI on today, pics inside...

In case you havent noticed, Im a picture *****. I figure somebody has to post in the import section...

So, I put my AFE CAI on today. Really happy w/ the overall result. Fit/finish was really nice, very tight fit. Im surprised at how quiet it is just cruising around for an open element design, but when you get on it, it really roars. All in all very happy with it. Let me know what you think...

Looks good. It looks like they could have used a bigger filter for more surface area and better flow?

Thanks. Yeah, id agree with you there, I think they couldve done at least an inch wider on either side.

looks good but isn't a CAI inducting the air from down by the bumper? wouldn't that just be a ram air intake?

i think a cold air intake CAI is just sealed off from the engine
