Default Dad's truck

Its a 2003 frontier 4 door with the 3.3 in it. I want to make it a little quicker than what it is right now. What type of mods yall recommend on these types of trucks?

Is it the supercharged model? Not much going on with the 3.3 unless you go into the motor. Intake and exhaust seem to be the max. If he has the supercharged model there are aftermarket pulleys.
