I think you should paint the grill to match.

My experience is limited to exactly ONE aftermarket, higher stall converter- But here goes:

IF your tuning 'suite' gives you the ability to LOCK the torque converter in Direct and Overdrive, at YOUR desirable TPS vs MAP vs speed AND you get a GOOD STOUT triple disc clutch, than YES, you can tow " Half-Ton stuff" with an aftermarket, higher than stock stall converter. Just be aware that anytime it's slipping, it's converting gasoline into HEAT. If you are towing, you'd prefer the ability to LOCK the TCC and run a lower gear, in preference to Higher stall speed converter SLIP in Overdrive.

. I'd recommend having this exact conversation with CircleD, or your favored builder/ vendor of Torque Converters.

Thank you for the feedback and advice. I did have a chat with circle d and they lined me out on what to buy.

Finished the traction bar install.

Made a deal to paint match the bumpers, paint the grille and my splitter black. Just having no luck deciding on wheels. I want 22’s to ride around on and some matching, light weight 17’s for shenanigans.

This is the vibe I’m after. The wheels would match the street setup on my track day SN95.

I have this splitter.

I have this splitter.

17” Forgestars would be my choice..

I like them in 22s. Don't know about 17s

I like the 22’s as well but I’m biased. I run my 22’s and 33’s on the track.
