Default upgrades for 04 f150

Just bought a 2004 f150, and it feels weak wondering what I can do to get a little power out of it. Thanks.

My cousin has an 01 4.6 f150 and has been looking everywhere for a tune. I have a TBSS and we use EFI live but thats just for GM vehicles...Please guys were trying to wake his truck up.
He has uncatted y pipe, magnaflows, ported 75mm BBK and a cai and its just nowhere where it needs to be!
