Need a little help..

I have a 97 F150 ECSB 4wd 5.4L... And just wondering how to get more power out of it... Want to be able to move quick on the street and want to be able to kick *** off road.. Any suggestions?

Intake, Exhaust and tune. That's about all I know of besides crackin it open or slappin on a blower that you can do.
