Lightning heads

Are there any differences in the stock heads from a 2000 f150 5.4 compared to similar style lightning 5.4 heads. Cam, flow rate, valves? Would I get more hp by swaping to lightning heads?

Nothing. Lightning's just use stock PI heads, same as the regular F150's and Mustangs...
