Talking Intake Project Almost Complete.

there was another thread that went a different direction due to the new site. so. here are the pics of the almost finished intake system. as some will remember i had a cel come on with other aftermarket intakes. since cash flow is a little low now and i have some resources i decided to make one. the tube is aluminum intake tubing-4". 4" rubber elbow. i cut just the tip off of the stock air tube that clips into the factory airbox and slipped the rubber elbow over it. put a k&n in there also. then i had my father in law make me a box from some deminsions from and airaid one that was on there. it is also out of aluminum. put a piece of screen in the end of the tube.then ran a hose to the front for cool air to come up from the grill and below the right headlight. i have someone that made me a scoop for the front. i just need to send payment to him and mount it behind the grill. after that the rubber trim and some more paint and it will be complete.
