Default F-150 Heads and cam

Hey any of yall put heads or cam on a 4.6 triton, Any suggestion, thought, advice or brand/company.. Kinda blind on this subject but i have a valve seal leaking and i figured why not go ahead and put a set of heads. Looking for any advice or suggestions thanks

Check out Patriot Performance. They make some good stuff, and they're a sponsor. I don't know if you're looking for more power or not, but that's a start. Comp sells cams that work well, and Patriot also sells some that I've heard good things about. Have fun putting the springs in with the motor in the truck. It'll get interesting on the drivers side.

I don't know what year model your truck is, but if you don't already have the stock PI heads you might look into those.
