Default Bleeding off Fuel Pressure

Got a question for you ford guys, I am working on a van with a 5.4. (E-250) I need to bleed of the fuel press. in the line to change a fuel filter, where can I do so? Chevy's have a test port on the fuel rail however I am not familiar with fords. Thanks

The 5.4 has the same thing. There is a schrader valve on the fuel rail, just unscrew the cap and push down. It should squirt out like a water bottle does. I was in the same boat today.
