Looking to swap out my cams for some bad *** ones... I got an 06 F150, 5.4L

 

.....i was hoping you had a 2V 5.4.......

dont know how to help ya with the 3V man

 

not much offered for the 3 valve motors, I know there was a thump'r cam offered but you had to install some kind of VTC limiter to keep the valve from bumping pistons

 

Comp Cams has a bunch of camshafts for the 3V FORD 4.6 AND 5.4, they offer cams by them selves and also cams that require spring upgrades and then lastly cams that require springs and the phaser limiter upgrade to keep you out of any piston to valve clearance issues.
