5.4L f150 fuel pressure problem??

5.4L f150 fuel pressure problem??
I have an 05 f150 and it starts skipping and missing at WOT not to bad but it does it, and I have changed the fuel filter with no change. How do I check the fuel pressure on this thing? I looked at the fuel rail and see no schrader valve.. help
