07 F-150 5.4L PCM run electric fans?

Hey, my buddy just got an 07 5.4L F-150. If we want to install electric fans on it are there ECM Pins we can splice into to control each fan. I know on my 01 Silverado there is a High and Low Temp Pin coming from the ecm. Also, if there are pins do they have to be turned on?
