Thanks,

Im trying to do all of this for nothing.. I know that sounds like a really bad idea.. However the manifold has cost 20 bucks so far, and the turbo was free too.. Intercooler was free.. Stainless tubing for the crossover was free as well.. Only money i see so far is a set of injectors, WG, BOV and tune.. and pipe for a 4" downpipe (which may be free.. Have a few stock dodge/cummins downpipes laying around i could butcher up and weld..

Also got to buy some heat wrap and some guages.. IDK how much a wideband would cost, all i want is wideband and boost..

I also have to have the turbo modified for a 4" V band flange for an outlet.. It currently has a 5" marmon flange!!!!

We see worse on a daily basis here...

I think it looks really good, especially having close to nothing invested in it save for your time.

Yeah, to me my time is worthless.. I would rather work my *** off for a week on something like this than spend 2000 dollars on it..

I think it will turn out fine as long as i take my time and am smart about where i spend my money..

Plus im getting married in September so.... gotta keep her happy right now (which isnt an easy task)

here is the turbo i plan to run... HUGE doesn't describe it but it is only about a 76mm turbo.. Just weighs a bloomin ton. I will be adding another support from the log to the head...

Im in the process of cleaning and shaving the housings of all their extra weight.. next time you see this thing it will look alot cleaner.. oh and it won't have a wastegate either..

Had this thing since highschool, came off of some old school cummins engine i think it was an M11. Guy from a local tractor place gave it to me.. Said it was a spare..

I would go with synapse as well.

But you know it has a built in wastegate. IF you are doing the low buck thing
