OK I bought some Bars Leak block seal, similar to kw block seal. ran it with pure water like the instructions say let sit overnight empty and this morning I pulled the oil plug and got nothing but oil out
Flushed her again and filled her up with the orange stuff and now it is time cruise again
Woooohooooo! Problem solved. So the traditional meathod of sealing copper gaskets works still....go figure. I DO NOT recommend using copper coat spray. I used 4 very heavy coats of it on each side of the gasket and it wasn't enough.

So far so good. Needs some tuning but i'm having issues with getting my HPT to interface with my wideband (LC1). It shows 11.52 afr on HPT at all times. I have never gotten it to work correctly.
I'm able to keep the boost down to around 7psi so that is good.

Truck just completed a 650mile road trip
It didn't like to cruise in 6th gear too well and got the same mileage in 5th as I did in 6th in the 15-16mpg range. That is driving 85-95 most of the way. I swaped in the 4.30's today so the mileage should increase from that since it won't be laboring and getting into boost on hills as much in 6th. Besides it was 10-10.5 afr when it went into boost. i've been working on the tune today and have made a lot of progress up to 6 psi boost. I'll crank it up once I get everything dialed in perfectly.
oh and it is fun at 6psi, I can't wait for 15
