Yes there's an adapter to run a DBW 3 bolt TB on the LSA blower, it's the same for the truck intake

If you want a better fit and more power, get the xlink, and the LS3 TB for a direct fit.

If I'm correct they're 74mm or close to it

why would you not want to put the newer 90mm TB in front of the blower

Do you plan on overdriving the blower at all or going with the stock 8lbs.? I like Matt's idea of going with the LS3 only if you are going to overdrive the blower, you will find a little bit of a gain from your TB to the LS3. If it was me I would go with a NNBS TB that was ported with the x-link if your going to overdrive the blower to 10-12lbs. But if you go crazy with anything more I would upgrade to LS3 (ported). As of now you can get away with your TB but there is some restriction as opposed to the 87mm TB that goes on the normal LSA blower.

Digging up an old thread...

I am forced to run my original 3 bolt 78mm DBW throttle body because my X-Link isn't working. Tried two brand new NNBS 87mm throttle bodies and it doesn't work. Plug in my original 78mm throttle body and no more codes. Waiting on my ICT adapter to go from 3 to 4 bolts. Will be here tomorrow, then hopefully getting tuned.

I am running a stock LS3 crank pulley from Camaro, but a 2.5" blower pulley. So I have no idea if the blower will actually be turning faster or slower than a stock LSA setup. Hopefully I am not going to lose too much power, especially since its a mild setup (LS9 cam, LS9 injectors, etc).
