Stock 5.3 heads on bored out 5.3 now 346. Will a set of say 215 trick flows help that much or just a waste of money?

If you make it breathe better, you have the potential to make more power on less boost. You need a good intake, exhaust, and blower cam too if you want to take full advantage of a head upgrade. Good head(s) is/are great.

 

the cam is a blower cam long tube headers 3 1/2 inch exhaust 9.2 compression 3.0 pulley but only 7 psi the elevation kills me 6200 ft. The heads i thought could be upgraded but I'm also about out of pulley so didn't really know?
