im working on my 1993 LS powered Ford lightning

I want to build a turbo kit for my truck,
wich of this turbos will work on my aplication???? It has a stock 5.3L engine, i want to make like 9-10 PSI of boost, its my daily driven car

This are the specs on the turbos, let me know wich will work better for my truck..

FIRST:
Intake :4 inch
Outlet: 2.5 inch
Compressor trim: .70 ar
Compressor Wheel diameter: 66.71 /84.20
Turbine wheel diameter : 63.56 /73.60
Exhaust trim: 1.00ar

SECOND:
Intake :4 inch
Outlet: 2.5 inch
Compressor trim: .70 ar
Compressor Wheel diameter: 61.52 /81.20
Turbine wheel diameter : 68.00 /62.32
Exhaust trim: .84 a

THIRD:
Intake :4 inch
Outlet: 2.5 inch
Compressor trim: .70 ar
Compressor Wheel diameter: 66.36 /81.87
Turbine wheel diameter : 64.50 /73.60
Exhaust trim: .82 a


ANOTHER QUESTION ABOUT THE FUEL SYSTEM, TRUCK ALREADY HAVE DUAL 255 WALBROS PUMPS, CAN I FEED 9-10 PSI OF BOOST WHIT 8.1L MARINE INJECTORS ( the ones used on the magnacharger kit)

I think they might be a bit on the small side.

Looks like any of those will be tapped out by 10psi, and so would the injectors.

If really all you want is 10psi, i'd do the 3rd one... i have run those injectors to 10psi on a 5.3 and yes, they are about maxed out. Might be able to get by. You'll have no room for overhead though.

I have 44's in a stock 5.3 @ 7psi, and they are already at 77% duty cycle. I think marine injectors are 42's(?) so ya would probably be maxed out.

id shoot for about a 72mm compressor inducer and a turbine wheel no smaller that 74.2/67mm

thanks everyone, i really dont know how to choose the turbo size. i want to use the marine injectors for the moment, so maybe i will run 7 PSI then. i want to run one of those GODSPEED turbos for the moment, then i will upgrade to a good brand one, does anybody can help choose one of those godspeed turbo??

Why not try one of the On3 turbos? The 76mm Jb is like $400 shipped and at least one member has gone 10s on it.

What do you think about this one for 7-9 PSI???

Cold Side:

Compressor Wheel 76mm
.80 a/r
4” Inlet and 2.5” Compressor Outlet
Inducer- 76.71mm
Exducer- 102.36mm


Exhaust Side:

Exhaust Housing T-4 Flange
.96 ar Exhaust Housing (.68, .81, 1.0 divided, 1.15 divided $30 charge for swapping housings)
3.0" Vband outlet
Inducer- 74.5mm
Exducer- 65mm
