I totally agree with ya'll. But, we all know that you never get close to what you spend.

 

There is always findin the right indivual. Some ppl dont have the time or knowledge to build there own setups. Not sure exactly what Jim Neuefeldt's truck sold for. But I remember when he had it on ebay for 37k reserve.

I am sure he prob has alot of man hours and money into this truck, so be easy on the guy. That truck is worth bit of his starting price.

Correct, he even posted in that thread long ago said the truck was gone to mexico. Theres even videos of the new owner racing it in mexico. I wonder if its even still running

and I thought that truck looked familiar, I have seen it around town. never knew it was turbo'd or the owner knew what he was doing since the mods are far less than tasteful appearance wise.

 

Parish's truck sold for that much purely because it was famous and someone wanted to own PARISH'S TRUCK.

If you really think that you're going to get your moneys worth of of mods put into a truck, then you're an idiot honestly. Ya it might cost that much to mod your truck to those same specs, but the truck isn't worth that much.

 

It may be a nice truck but we all know you basically don't get anything for the mods. It's a 2001 truck so it's not worth more than about $12k.

 

Thats cool but,that particular truck had a one of a kind story behind it.I dont remmeber it fetching that much.I could be wrong though....When i checked out the auction it was at $16000 or $17000.Also remmeber the economy was doin a lil better back then.Hell.....I hope we do get some good coin for our trucks.
