Thanks, I took a bunch of pics during my install. I talked to Jeff at Whipple and I guess I was the first L9H truck owner to install the kit. Which reminds me... OP, if your truck is like mine, there may be a small, black, bracket bolted to the drivers side rear of the engine (I think it's bolted to the head. It is (apparently) not on earlier engines. It is only held down by a single bolt but it will need to be removed before you can mount the supercharger, it will hit on the drivers side. Here is a pic of the bracket. This is also not mentioned in the manual.

Do you think I could use an angle grinder to cut the bracket

Use whatever you've got. If you can't cut it, take it to a shop that can do it for you. Just mark where they will need to cut.

I guess I don't remember any issues with the MAF. My kit didn't change anything with the MAF. I just opened up the air box, put in the new filter and closed it up. I'm not sure what year the changeover for MAF occurred.

I also have a trans cooler, it just sits behind, and below, the new heat exchanger (it's not an intercooler, the "intercooler" is in the intake just below the suprercharger). There shouldnt be any issues with it/ you shouldn't have to touch it.
