Default Whipple on a 6.2 Sierra Denali (L9H)... oil?

So I have a 2.3 Whipple on order for my truck and I was wondering if anyone had some oil recommendations for FI L9H motors with stock heads/cam. This will be a fun around town truck rather than a race truck. I currently use Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5W30 in it and my wife's Yukon and I did in my old Chevy SS. Just looking for some experience and opinions thanks everyone!

Run whatever you want too, it's not going to matter much at all.

Oil life will still depend on the filter you choose and how hard to beat on it.

Forgot about filter, I only use the Wix filters on everything I own.

Mobil 1 or valvomline full syn is usually $25 or less @ 5qts.

i usually get 3-4 at a time. If no cats add a little zinc additive like compcams to keep valvetrain happy, mainly for built motors, which i use vr1 for also.

In that motor it wouldn't matter much if you did, the oil pressure relief valve in the oil pan will just keep venting pressure off to keep the pressure near stock. 5W30 will work fine.
