Are you going to crank up the boost more? If not you don't need the pump. It takes the same volume of fuel to supply a 400hp engine with 42lbs as it does with 31lbs injectors. The inline fuel pump is a good safty measure though. I have herd good things about flex fuel pumps they are supposed to be quiet, a bolt in and flow a buttload of fuel. I can't find a conversion chart that goes from buttload to gpm yet.
