Default where to buy stailess pipe for custom headers?? for my F.M. turbo build

i"m planning on building my own headers for budget reasons!! and most of all to be able to say "yea i built it all myself" so is there a website that sells the neccasery tubing, elbows, and flanges for the heads and any advice for what thickness walls of pipe? and this will probably be a log style header for the extra clearance to fit the down pipe. also is there any major modifications to any wiring or hoses i need to know about other that heat wraping everything? this is going on a 2007.5 chevy 2500hd.

Find a local industrial piping supply house in your area.

Default what thickness

ok. but is there any advice on what thickness the wall needs to be so it dont overheat? i ran up on a similar thread after looking for almost 2 hrs and they said at least .120 which i believe shedual 40 is that or more but i was thinking .200 sounds better? on second thought .125 is 1/8 inch so what do you think of that? i live in a 3,000 population town there is no local pipe folks that was why i asked of a website. thanks for the replys i try to find my answer in old threads but i'm working 7-12's and dont have alot of time and im trying to get my stuff together and ordered because i won't have more than 15 days to do my build before my next job or i'll have to wait another 6 weeks and i'm geting ancy for that whistle and extra 100hp at the wheels at 5.8lbs i hope.

I know Tube Bending & Fabrication - Columbia River Mandrel Bending sells it at a decent price, not sure if you want it already bent or what not, they also sell flanges, v-bands, and what-nots. Im not sure about the head flange's hope this helps some.

You do not have rectangular exhaust ports.
