What wall thickness for Log Front Mount?

What wall thickness for Log Front Mount?

What size should I use for the cross over pipe and the log header? I have some 0.06" wall, that I will use for the first build, but I would like to know what should be used?

sch 40 will be fine.. the cross over can be regular exhaust pipe, but using sch 40 there would retain a good bit of heat but also weight more..
