Default what plugs?

hey guys I've been searching on the net for what plugs to run in my truck. Most people are running the tr6's with there setups so I was wondering if they would be good enough for me? a 408 stroker with the tvs 2330 at about 15-16psi. Would the tr7's or tr8's be other candidates too? what about iridium tips or copper tips?

thanks guys

I'd probably run the 7's, just as a safety measure. However, I ran tr6's in mine for a long time at 14 psi with no problems.
