Its is making that around 34-3600, staying like that till I let out at 5100 or so. So I don't think it will make an additional 4psi in the next 1150 rpm....

What is your shift points at, are they at 6250?Also what size is the flange hole on your K&N filter [this really affects peak boost]?
I think if you ran your motor up to 6250 it will make 9-10 #'s as it is set up right now.Our blowers are different when it comes to how they make boost compared to a root blower or turbo.I have my reg. mode shift points at 5500 and it makes 8#'s and my Tow/Haul mode shifts at 5900 and it makes 10#'s of boost.

John just throwing this out there what about the bypass valve is it adjustable? I have the proflow and the butterfly can be adjusted, when I bought it the butterfly didnt close all the way. Now it closes all the way. Not sure but maybe its made to bleed some boost, to much boost turn allen screw open butterfly and bleed a little out -too little boost turn allen screw close butterfly Just a guess please dont laugh lol.

I will have to check on the bypass valve. It is set the way it was from the previous owner. He said he was making 10 ps1 on a 6.0 and but I am not sure on his cam specs, or heads, or exhaust..
SHARP
I am waiting to here back from J to see if it is oke to run it up to my shift point, which is 6250. The hole in the filter is almost as big as the intake housing hole on the blower. Once I get the ok I will have to see, but I really don't think it is going to boost any higher, it stays flat line from 3-5k at 5-6psi.
Lets not forget the cam is taking away some of the boost, also my heads have been massaged a lil. I have to think these are some factors into the lower boost...
Thanks guys for the input, every lil bit helps..

Your always going to pull more vaccum under decel, and your cruising vaccum will be less then Idle. I idle at 18.5" with stock cam but at cruise I am at like 14" and decel I hit like 23" Just a comparo for you

I just checked again and I am right about that at idle.. seems all is good, now I have to go get me a log file for J. I am kinda stumped on why my boost is just flat lining.
