does anyone know the size(physical) on a gt88 compared to s480???

also twins not a good idea for me???
The S480 I have coming is a T6 with a 1.10 A/R. also I'm going to be using this valve that should make it spool something like a T3, .55 A/R, but still have almost full flow of the big T6 housing once it opens I've heard nothing but positive results out of these valves.

Here is some pics of a BW S400 vs. MPT76.

Sound Performance sells them but they want $500 bucks for them! I built this one for much less, but still wasn't too cheap. It will only work if you have an open manifold and a divided turbine housing. Zombie over on LS1 tech put one on his big remote mounted turbo and made a BIG difference in spool time, about 30% or so decrease in lag.

def. a S80-85 on a stroker but not a T78 T4 but a PT88 T4 will work because of it big turbine housing and its 4'' flang exaust... less back pressure

To a point, you're going to have to try different things and see what YOU WANT.... This hobby isn't cheap, especially when you get into the boost/stroker game... Swapping parts to tailor your setup isn't always easy or cheap. But at the same time we can't spoon feed you every bit of this information...

Learn to read compressor maps, try different stuff, and in the long run you'll be happier with your own personal setup. Its a much more gratifying feeling to know you built and spec'd something yourself and it works...
