Red face Which way to go?

Hey guys, I have been thinking about going FI on my 2000 ecsb silverado. Now first of all I am new to this forum, but not new to ls1tech.com. I have a couple of projects in the works but as of now everything is on hold. Building a completely new shop as we speak. As a matter of fact they are pouring our concrete floor now! Way better than working on a dirt floor in our pole barn.
Ok, so what I am thinking is going to happen, On the truck I would like to run a front mount on the stock 5.3. I will be taking the motor out to freshen up since I just rolled 180k on the stock motor, or I might just buy another 5.3 jy motor and just rebuild it. Then I could have a spare bullet in the corner if needed. I have seen a lot of the truck manifold builds on ls1tech and they seem petty simple to fabricate. I think I can build a cross over pipe and a dump pipe not to worried about these item's. But first, I kneed to know what turbo has been a really good match for the 5.3 for daily driving. I don't really care about putting up a big number. I want to make it completely street-able. I was thinking t67-gt45. I think the gt45 might be a bit in the big side for a street truck DD use. I think the t67 should be a great fit with an ar. of .66-86. I will be using a fmic on both vehicles.

I am also building a 87 IROC with the same motor package. So I will be duplicating these as close as possible. In the truck I would like to be around 4-500 hp, and 5-600 in the Iroc. Oh, I should mention that I will be going e-85 on both vehicles.
I am open to any and all ideas, so feel free to chime in with any advice, and thanks in advance.
