single vs twin.

there isn't really any advantage to either, imo, it comes down to preference and packaging.
can you fit a single and route a crossover tube from one side to the other, in your truck, yes!, so i single would be an option.
most of the time you'll find vehicles equipped with twins because of routing issues, or they just prefer twins. for example the tight engine compartment of a vette.
it does cost a little more for twins, but if anyone is considering a turbocharged truck, they shouldn't be worried about their budget, if so, leave it alone.

it's too tempting to turn it up, things break, etc...

also, before you build or consider solution, ask yourself how you plan on using the truck and the goals you wanna accomplish.

big or small turbo, injectors, transmission, cooling, a/a, a/w, rearend, fuel system, power level, etc.

Quoted for truth...

I tried calling you last week but I think it was right after you closed. Do you happen to stock these or other up and forward headers (stainless works)? Thanks.

What do you have to modify on the passenger side for them to fit?

what I understand is , the twins have a wider power band
for example
the S480 will spool late on small cuped engine like the 4.8 or 5.3 but will pull hard in the upper RPMs

and the 67mm will spool faster but dies upove 5500RPM

but twins will spool fast like the 67mm and still pull up like the S480

I'd probably myself get a Single 76mm or 78mm. How much boost are you wanting to run and how much power are you wanting at the wheels approx?
