Is it a drive by cable? Is the Idle Air Control(IAC) stepper motor working properly? Are you doing your own tuning? I use EFI Live. Post up your tune if you can.

I really don't know much about your build, but will try to help.

 

ok here is what i just found out.. take the intercooler out of the equation and boom idles.. with the butterfly on the intake manifold it works just fine.. wondering if Westers didnt get the timing right for low rpms

Do you mean you are bypassing the intercooler, or you are just unhooking the inlet pipe? If you are bypassing it, there is something wrong with the intercooler. If you are unhooking it, there is something wrong electrically or with the tune because it shouldnt run fine when there is no air going through the MAF. Or are you running a SD tune?

 

running MAF... unhooked everything and just had the butterfly on the intake manifold and it was at 1000 rpms but me not touching anything.. rpms im asuming are one of two things, tune/ supercharger pulling load. no intercooler or supercharger in the loop when i got it to idle at 1000. still need to try to put it the way it came with no intercooler in the loop and see if it runs which im betting it will with no problem
