That's what gets to me more than anything that it's not a priority, everyone runs up against problems now and then but it's how they are dealt with that counts and to leave someone hanging around for weeks is just not on in my book .

I found them by searching the net. 04Denali did give me a heads up about Synergy and my engine man did speak to Rick but it looks like I made the wrong choice. Pity I never found the forum Vanillagorrila posted about.

Those are nice looking header's your making there Rick, stainless steel too

I've just had a word with my engine man and the valve springs are not comp 918

Pretty crazy to run a single spring with boost.

I have a tracking number for shipping, so the revised header is on it's way at last.

I dont know if anyone noticed but the truck in that pic is my old truck. The guy that bought it from me had HP build the kit for it and I believe they made a jig for it.

Man that sucks, looks like you are going to need to get a hammer and make it fit,, send it back and let them build another one.
Or do like Rick recommend.

Finally got the header problem sorted, not by HP performance but by someone who knows what they are doing. got the exhaust system out of the engine bay and back to a custom x pipe with wide band sensor bung in.. exhaust system should be finished up tomorrow.

still a fair bit to do tho'
