Humm.... I think I could do that, my new boost controller has an electronic sender I could tap and I have an old style GM 3 bar map laying around, so I could probable hook something up. Will be a few weeks though...

Right now, the 2 bar MAP PID goes to 205kPa and just flat lines for a while,

not sure if this was posted because i'm not going to read 1000 pages lol.

I've been studying other compound turbo setups and I think I might have figured something out for you.

Maybe the over boosting is caused by the compounding effect of the turbo producing too much boost and not controlling it before the tvs.

SO, what about putting a wastegate between the turbocharger and tvs?

That is a blow off valve, not a waste gate

Why would you want a WG instead of a BOV there, cold side?

He's having over-boosting problems. Wastegate's are more easily and readily controllable than BOV and would aid in bleeding any excess boost he is feeding the supercharger from the cold side of the turbo. His current set-up is not allowing him to bleed enough exhaust pressure to prevent him from creating the desired boost levels he's looking for prior to it going into the S/C.
Oh and...Read the thread!

After thinking about the waste gate on the cold side idea. I dont think I would do it. You would be setting yourself up to over speed the turbo...
