It's still boost creeping... Moved the WG to as close to the turbo as I could, put a new flex with out any internal lining and still makes 7-8 psi in 1st, jumps to 15psi and climes to 18 in 2nd, then 20+ in 3rd. You would think a 50mm gate should do the job on a 346... Here's some pics.

Kyle take the gate apart, so its just bypassing no valve inside. IF you still have boost issues, it might be time for a 2.5 electic cut out with controll box as your gate. 20psi and the heads are still down, nice.
Another thought. buy the largeset blower pulley you can find say a 1psi pulley and see what happens.
Opened a can of worms, time to go fishing... LOL

What if you added another one back to the crossover, or would that load one side of the motor more since there would be a big difference in backpressure?
