so i wonder how going from the 3 inch collector to a single a single 4 inch exhaust will work?

Dual 3" into single 4"? Works fine. That's what mine is, no measured back pressure at 14psi and 6600rpm

Just a quick update... I think I'm hooked on Meth! Haha.
I went to the track this last weekend and was very impressed with the IAT drop and the amount of timing I was able to put into this thing. I gained 4.5-5mph in the 1/4. At the end of the run I saw 138F IAT's and that's with it being 98* outside. Still having some fueling issues to figure out but truck ran great all weekend.

Does it peak at all and stop climbing?

I did notice it stops climbing after about 3/4 track, about 130F IATs.
But I am spraying quite a bit of Meth.

How much are you spraying? I just opened up my intercooler in mine finally and my flow is much higher now, just haven't been able to test it yet as I am waiting for another part to come in.

I have 2 nozzles, one 1000cc and one 250cc nozzle. I'm not sure what that equates to in GPH but it seems like a lot. I went through a whole gallon of 50/50 meth and water in 9 passes.

If my math is right off the top of my head that's 21 GPH but at 50/50 it would be like 10 for the meth. The water actually pulls more heat then the meth does in our setup but naturally the meth helps with timing and lowers the tendency to detonate.

Well... That does seem like A LOT. I was using it for fuel also, because I was still going lean at the top of 2nd gear. I know it's not ideal but it did keep my motor together.
Bigger fuel pump is a must now.

Whats your current fuel setup? Based on what you've said I am guessing a single 255.
