Default Turbo or supercharger?
Have in 05 4.8 L Sierra with 243 k. Doing a few bolts ones but once the motor goes out I am wanting to rebuild and add either turbo or supercharger. Can't decide which route to go for best bottom and mid-range performance. I like turbos but lack in bottom end till spool up. Supercharger has the bottom end and boost already. Yes my real question for decision which route to go is which is the least maintenance / tuning?

For a simple daily driver setup with great low end and low maintenance then do a Maggie or a whipple.

As long as you are gonna stay around that power a roots s/c would be perfect. If you want to go with more power than a turbo would be best.
