Are their any tracks down there?

 

All the tracks down here are eighth mile. Closest 1/4 mile is 3 hours away. I went to the local track tonight and ran a new best of 7.27@94.7 with a 1.64 60'. I was really happy with that since I have an extra thousand feet of elevation to deal with now. Going ot make a few changes and try for 6.90's when the weather cools off a little. Everybody was like WTF was that. LOL

What quarter mile track is 3 hours from you?

 

Richmond and Bristol are both just under 3 hours from me. I actually like 1/8th mile. You can pretty much tell what your 1/4 will be from the 1/8th and don't have to run 120+ in 4wd. I tried to have a grudge match with a Lightning that was running 7.60's but he wouldn't do it.
