Default turbo noob needs info (lq4+turbo)

I bought a truck a few months ago that was turbo'd and got all the turbo stuff with the truck but it was on a different Lq4 that he blew up

2004 RCSB silverado with a 2001 LQ4/4L80e swap

have a few questions since I never played with a turbo before

how much boost can this engine and still be in a safe zone I probably will be doing a meth kit too and a FMI

the LQ4 is stock I was told I should swap to the LS6 springs?

do i need to stud the heads and/or change the head gaskets?

what size injectors should be used?

Depends on your goals. ARP head bolts or head studs with a set of LS9 head gaskets are always a good idea. I have ran 14lbs boost with a small cam and LS6 springs with no issues, but I plan on swapping to dual springs at some point.

I'd like to get as much boost as I can and still be in a safe zone if there is one?

on stock gaskets and head bolts how much boost can it handle?

my goal is to have a daily driver that will run low to mid 12's drama free right now i'd say its ruining high 13's to low 14's

I ran 11# on my LQ9 with stock gaskets and bolts daily for about 70k miles on pump gas no meth no issues. Only thing I had in the motor was a set of springs and pushrods.

Yes you'll need a bigger fuel pump, my trucks not done yet but I put a walbro 400 in tank in my truck, they are only around $100.
