Default turbo fever...

ive read over and over that guys who turbo go soon are to go to a bigger turbo. my question is what parts can you get on say a 76 that would still support a larger turbo like maybe an 88? like can you run a 3.5-4 dp? or any other parts that would need to be changed over? can anyone shed some light on this

Why not just get the one you want the first time around? You'll come out a lot cheaper.

I've read over and over that guys who supercharge (roots or centrifugal) pulley up then go to a larger supercharger.

Don't budgets play a role in why upgrades take place further down the road? If you got a bottomless pocket then why not go all out the first time?

Chances are the DP flange would have to be changed, as well as some of its spacing.
