turbo blankets what are you guys using?

looking for a turbo blanket for my s480 what are you guys running or recommend? why are some $50 and some $250 :eek2: ?

I got the cheapest one on eBay for $40. I figure even if I go through a few of them it's better than spending $250 on one. It's held up great so far, but I only have ~500 miles on it.

Ive got the cheap one off frozen boost and it looks like a 300# man wearing a medium shirt... just saying.. haha..

it was $35 or so . but it does trap a ton of heat.

I bought one of the expensive ones a while back, not wanting to go cheap and get something that was going to fall apart. The expensive one burned up in only a few months, anyway... Been using the $40 ebay blankets ever since and haven't had a problem yet.

Ive put over 15,000 miles on mine and its still doin its thing.

I think mine is made by ptp on eBay? I don't know if I have had it on long enough to provide input about the quality but the eBay auction had a video of them hitting the blanket with a lazer thermometer after multiple dyno pulls. Pretty impressive results IMO

ummm.......... well... lemme see what i can do
