He said he went from 7# to 12# in the second run.

But I would agree that something is wrong. I would call up Sam at fairway and have him put it on the dyno. He seemed to tune WOT on my truck pretty well. Timing is smooth and AFR seemed solid.

Other cars were dynoing average numbers. But another FI car was expecting 700+ tq and only put down 550

Get a bigger fuel pump in there ASAP. My stock fuel pump is loosing pressure from 4k+ and im not even FI. Had to have Justin(BBP) adjust my tune untill I can get my new walbro in. Im about 99.9% sure thats your problem. After you get a new pump in there get it retuned then see if you have anymore problems .

id have to agree its probably your fuel, a walbro 255 and some bigger injectors would probably do great things for your setup

I saw that he mentioned bumping up boost. What makes me curious is the second pull at 12psi is a lot smoother than the one on 7... The second pull actually looks OK, except that it is a whole lot lower than it should be. I'd check out that dyno, especially if other cars weren't putting down the expected numbers.

Still, an 03 on a stock fuel pump... Im sure its starting to go down the drain.


And those 60# injectors should be plenty for 12psi .
