Here's mine. I wouldn't recommend the stainless zip ties or the titanium wrap, I bought the ties but wasn't near satisfied with their ability to hold or be tightened. I used hose clamps on everything and the wrap has stayed just as tight as the day I wrapped them. The titanium basically fell apart in my hands the first time I took it off to get to the stainless, not to mention you get the fiberglass in dust form that covers you when working around it. If I had it to do over I would use the wrap on my downpipe for everything, I haven't tried to remove it yet but it still looks like new.

Here are my hot pipes wrapped. Along with a exhaust housing cover I made up that houses a ceramic blanket on the inside of it. I used 100' of wrap, and needed about 15' more to finish the end of the downpipe where the v-band will be welded.

static54, any reason you went with the Trick hot pipes instead of just using a kit from Kyle?

Both yalls wrapping looks real good.

SinR, did you paint your parts before wrapping them? They look nice on the exposed parts. Did you wrap your stock manifold too or is that a new one for your setup?

That is a nice turbo blanket housing, got an extra one lying around?

71 on dubs what'd you use On the downpipe just regular wrap? I heard similar things about the ties. I got 20 SS Hose clamps and only 6
Ties. I figured I may need the ties somewhere as a security thing.

8.1 HD, there was a reason I went with Trick, was a scheduling thing. At the time Kyle was moving and I had some time off of work coming up. I'll pm you the details

The wrap on my downpipe is just the normal DEI wrap that they had at my local parts store. I had 100' if I remember correctly, but didn't have enough left over to do the downpipe so I just bought another 50' roll for it. I wish I had used it on everything now, every time you brush up against the titanium wrap it will cover you in glass it sucks. The normal wrap is alot stronger feeling too.

I painted mine with dei silicone paint over the wrap. I'm pretty sure the instructions on the can said to make sure the wrap was clean and dry before painting it And that is how Kyle did my friend's hot pipes when he bought them.

I used black wrap. I heard the titanium stuff doesn't wrap as tight.
