Torque converter selection

I'm in the process of building a 2010 Silverado RCSB 4x4 turbo truck. It's a low mile 5.3l with the 6l80 trans. Right now I have the engine out because I want to do this as right as I can with my budget. This will be a semi daily driver. So far parts I've gathered..or are on order

Huron Speed V3 turbo kit with 7875 Turbonetics
Turbosmart BOV 50mm
Turbosmart hyper-gate 45 Wastegate
Tick stage 2 Turbo cam / springs
DOD/AFM delete
mightymouse catch can
Tru-cool 40k trans cooler

My questions

What is the recommended ring gaps?

I plan to put my oil drain in drivers side front of oil pan, is that a good place for a 2010 4x4?

My truck has the factory oil cooler, where does my turbo oil feed line come from?

What torque converter should I run? I've been told a Circle D Pro billet single disk anywhere from 3000 - 3600?

I'm sure to have more questions going forward but thought I would start here.

gaps - mid to high 20s, ask your tuner what he thinks too

i would think the passenger side front. your turbo will be on the pass side right? Mines on the Pass side front side of the pan too.

Trick Turbo sells a piece that you need to keep your oil cooler and have a feed line to the turbo.

That TC would be fine. I like my 3K stall but a lot of other guys with similar trucks like theirs to stall higher.

Ring gaps should be in the ballpark of .026 if you plan to daily it as you mentioned. looser of it was more of a toy.

As far as a converter is concerned I would look at a 258 or 265mm in about a 3000 range.

Have Chris at Circle D spec one out for you.

Thanks guys...I went with the Circle D Pro single disk 3400-3600 and gapped all top rings to 25..they were all right at 18 when I started.
