The tuning is a lot closer, but I have a vibration, I think it's the new rear drive shaft, since it started leaking fluid out the tail shaft now.
I LOVE the instant boost
The power doesn't feel like as much as before on 10 psi, but that is to be expected with having the 4l80e and turning the blower, but some more boost should take care of that
. DEFIANTLY a better bottom end though

KYLE!
You just wiped out the tail shaft bushing congratulations!
I just fixed mine. I had a hell of a vibration at about 75-80 and it only got worse along with a horrible noise.. almost like a seperated tire over 80mph.
I got mine fixed for about 45 bux at a trans shop, pull the tail shaft and they will put a new gasket, seal and bushing in
hah, just realized your 4WD so it's probably gonna be more of a pain in the *** then that.. and check your yoke for a "burnt" area

That sounds about normal with a Magnacharger on there. I'm curious as to how it's going to be at high boost though. What pulley setup are you running?

That does look nice, but I think I'm probable gonna pull that intercooler and just run a second, m3 meth nozzle preturbo any way. So far IAT's have been really low and really only need the extra cooling when running high boost.
Still working out the bugs with the tuning and gonna redo the exhaust to a duel 3" split off the down pipe. When I get back to WY, I have a 3 1/2 DP and a 50mm WG I'm gonna put on it. I need to get a back pressure gauge hooked up and see where it's at.
Right now, I have it tuned pretty well for 10 psi and it's not as strong on the top end as before, but that's to be expected with the extra parasitic drag of the 80e and the blower, but it comes out of the hole a lot better without having to brake boost it, which is what I wanted
. It's going to be a fun summer playing with this thing.
Gonna have to do something with the converter I think though. It's a LOT looser then I was really wanting, better suited for a Procharger, or big turbo. Around town, runs between 2500-3200 and when I mash it flashes to 4000+. About a 1000 rpm looser then what I asked for. I don't need a converter that loose for this setup. It's just wasting all that low end power the blower can make.
