i have a 04 gmc seriria with a P1, and headers on 11psi. belt slip is starting to show what can i do to fix this other that upgrading to a 8 rib kit?

 

reichard racing blower pulley, hd tensioner (call joe at leftcoast32) and run a gates hd (green) belt. Other than that your stuck. Are you running the 03-06 bracket or the early bracket?

Ur really pretty limited as to how to fix this once you've gone down in pulley and up in crank. The tensioner will help, but I'll defer to Joe as to how much. If you havent gone to OD crank to increase pulley and help with wrap, then try that is a good option. Otherwise this is why we all went 8 rib...
